Milk と Curio - Anchan をどう知ってるか

So… you know Anchan?

The witch asked of the crow, who predictably did not respond.

You don’t have to be this obstinate all the time, you know? I’m only trying to get to know you.

…

Of course, the Witch couldn’t possibly know that Curio and Anchan were in fact childhood friends.

The witch could not know that the immortality curse Anchan bestowed upon herself had in fact afflicted every living thing in that room, including her messenger crow.

And so, the witch was utterly clueless when it came to the true nature of the bird before her.

She did not know of his impossible age, she did not know of his bottomless wisdom, and she did not know of the many linguistic talents he had picked up in his abundance of spare time.

I guess I don’t know much at all, do I Curio?

Caw.
