LusterCoffee has +1 Max Health and regenerates additional mana when standing still.

- +1 Mana RegenAfter standing still for one second, and it lasts until he moves again. Mana regeneration starts a run at 1, so this doubles it.
The game keeps this passive on the deck's Fool card, which you already own when a run starts.

How the gauge works
The gauge fills on its own during a fight and stops filling while a dialogue scene is playing. The ability is ready as soon as the gauge holds one full cooldown, and using it spends exactly one cooldown's worth, so a character with two charges can hold two uses. A run starts with the gauge half filled for each charge the character has. Ability duration is multiplied by your ability duration bonus when the run begins, and by your spell duration bonus while it runs.
