Nothing in the hub sets this scene off, and nothing in the game changes when it ends. It runs from the story itself.

No act list names this scene, so a run does not place it in an act. The scene number above is its slot in the full story list, not the order you meet it in a run.

The scene

Milk
Mr Coffee?
Coffee
Master Coffee.
Milk
Sure. I was hoping you could teach us to use your cauldron?
Coffee
It’s not a cauldron. But I grant you the tools at hand leave much to be desired.
Coffee
But no, I can't teach you. Any of you. You haven’t the knack.
Milk
Try me.
Coffee
…Fine. Take this and please, try not to make a mess.
Milk
Every effort, no guarantee.
