Nothing in the hub sets this scene off, and nothing in the game changes when it ends. It runs from the story itself.
No act list names this scene, so a run does not place it in an act. The scene number above is its slot in the full story list, not the order you meet it in a run.

The scene
Damn fools actually pulled it off.
Didn’t like the look of their hand, so they burnt the whole house down.
No more mana. No more tide.
Coffee returned to a city on fire, as the many maladies long kept at bay now ran rampant. Worse, the city's arcane defenses had fallen.
The alchemist found what remained of his staff barricading doors and defending the mill from the encroaching masses.
Taking a different tact, Coffee waded directly into the crowds.
In short order he met foreign doctors, botanists and other such brilliant minds in desperate need of a place to stay and a way to help.
That day, The Topaz Tincture Mill was officially dissolved and from its ashes rose a new organization: The People’s Sanatorium of Suqar.
Keeping his promise, Rum joined Chicha on the trek home and together they found the Everwilds wilder than ever.
Without mana all those pumps, drills, cranks and cranes ground to a halt, allowing the brush to regrow back to its former glory and then some.
Back at the capital things had got real sticky.
The suits had run out of gas to keep things running and the citizens were none too pleased.
Chaos and violence ensued as the city struggled to find a way to cope.
That is, until the Everwilds reached the city limits and them floral folk showed up, olive branch extended.
Things were tense for a minute but eventually the two civilizations agreed on a path forward.
Together they would build a new home, fostering a symbiotic relationship between the Everwilds and its denizens.
All that was left was the work ahead.
And then there was the rabbit girl and her young buck friend.
The two of em’ returned to Matcha’s home planet and set off on a pilgrimage of sorts.
Ever since the circle was broken, folks hadn’t heard hide nor hair of the mythics.
This wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but Matcha felt that there were answers left uncovered, stories yet to be told.
So Milk and Matcha went to discover whatever mystery remained, together.
No longer mages, now just friends.
