The Sacrifice

It appears at last the six vanguards of mana are united once more.

Pretty sure we didn’t meet til this whole… thing started.

You were not the first mages of this circle. Nor will you be the last. But such matters exceed the scope of this infinity.

Wait this infinity???

Matcha, don’t.

Indeed. In every infinity there is Mana; the spark of impossibility, and Anima; the will to do impossible things.

And in every infinity there is… a hunger.

The black tide.

Correct. A corrupting void consuming both mana and anima alike.

As you know, it is your charge to vanquish this tide. When the time comes, you will seal this darkness behind the final sigil so that its malevolent clutches may never reach these halls.

So that’s… okay that makes a lot of sense.

Does it?

No, not really.

There is a truth to this sigil you do not know. A truth you have been sheltered from.

Sheltered or kept in the dark?

As the final sigils dawn draws nearer, it is critical you take time to consider the extent of your responsibility.

The sigil requires a conduit, a mage at the center of history’s greatest spell.
